My Son Droped His And Now It Wont Turn On

Open the battery compartments under the unit. Check that the batteries haven't been jarred loose; take them out and put them back in again.
If it still won't turn on, you could try using new batteries, or an AC adaptor.
If none of those things work, it will need to be professionally serviced, or replaced. You could try calling Vtech's support line at 1-800-521-2010 (in the US).
