Why My Mobigo 2 Does Not Turn It On?

The game has new batteries and still doesn´t work

Hi, if your unit won't turn on, it's likely because the batteries are bad (or not inserted all the way). Check or replace the batteries, or connect the AC power cord if you have it. If the MobiGo still won't work, you can contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010.
