My Innotab Max Won't Turn On Even With A Full Charge

my innotab was installing g the new soft ware and it was on 14 of 19 and stopped so I reset it. Now it will not turn on and it's fully charged.

Since the system is off, press and hold the D-Pad in between the up and left arrows, the HELP button, and the POWER button at the same time. When the white VTech screen appears, release only the POWER button. Continue pressing the d-pad and the HELP button until you see the Factory Reset screen.(any personal data will be lost).

How do I update Innotab Max?

Follow these steps to manually download and install the latest firmware.
From the Lock screen, drag the Parental Controls icon to the circle at the center of the screen. ...
Select Tablet Settings .
Then select Firmware Update.
The InnoTab ® MAX will check for the latest firmware.
