Locked Out Of Voicemail
My VTEC home phone the CS 6919-2 locked me out of my voicemail. It keeps telling me I need to contact the group administrator but it's been the same passcode I've had since I've had the phone.

To retrieve your voicemail, you typically dial an access number provided by your telephone service provider, and then enter your security code. Contact your telephone service provider on how to configure the voice mail settings and listen to messages.
