No Longer Working.
It won't go back up without unplugging it and turning the tv on and then turning it back off. Then it automatically goes back up. When I turn it on again it will tilt down but again it won't tilt back up when turned off unless/without unplugging it and plugging back in, turning on the TV and turning it back off.
The same is true with manual operation. It will go down but not back up without unplugging it and resetting it.
