Unit Will Not Shut Off And Loses Video Signal.
The unit works fine until you shut it off (with either power button or remote). The unit will then not fully shut off (lights stay lit). Attempts to use power buttons have no affect. Unplugging seems to reset unit. What also happens, after a successful shut down, repowering starts the unit but without video signal. If you stick in a DVD, the disk starts and you can hear sound, but no video. Turn off/power up does not fix problem. Unplugging (count to 10) fixes the issue. Previous unit was returned to store because unplugging did not fix hte problem. Firmware is up to date.
