How Do I Turn Off Prohibit On My Bluray Player So I Can Get Extra Movie Content?

Is there anyway how I get extra content on my dvd movies to play? Everytime I try to connect on any bluray movie, it says prohibited. I've gone through my settings and the only settings I see is "limit, all access, and prohibit." I've setted it to all access and it should be working and it isn't. What am I doing wrong?
