Having Trouble Recieving Sound On Tv

You need to connect a digital audio cable (75 ohm coax or optical) from the cable box to the receiver in order to get digital surround. Or return the 6320 and get a receiver that does audio over HDMI. If you want audio and video out of the TV when you aren't using the receiver, I'd run the HDMI straight from the cable box to the TV, and the digital audio output to the receiver as a supplement for when you want "big sound."
