Vizio Sv470m Aspect Ratio 4:3

Vizio SV470MI can not change aspect ratio. I highlight "Wide" using the arrow keys on the remote, I see left and right arrow buttons on the remote to switch between different aspect ratios, but it didn't let me to press to change ratio. I am using blue ray player to play DVD's, but DVD's with aspect ratio 4:3 is squeezed. and I can't change.
