No Clear Rection With Set Top Box

Sir last week i brought VISIO M260MV tv from new egg and i have a dish tv set top box from india i was trying to connect it to my tv but the reception is not clear please help me to solve this problem i work for US army in Afghanistan and want to watch indian channels via dish tv i tried my best to solve my problem but i was failed to do it sir this is only timepass we have on the army base after a long 12.5 hours duty we are not allowed to use pc & mobiles personally so only TV is our timepass so please help me find the solution to fix my problem the TV is brand new ...waiting for your reply thank you ,Pankaj.s.Kundaikar
