Why Does 'usb Device Not Recognized' Window Come Up When I Plug In New Camera?
My son received this camera as a gift. We downloaded the software. When we tried to plug the camera in to get the pictures he had taken, we keep getting "USB Device Not Recognized" (we have 3 ports and tried them all--they all cannot be broken). It says Windows does not recognize it or it has malfuncioned. Why is this happening? The camera is supposed to be compatible with our operating system. There is nothing wrong with our computer. Thank you.
