Help With Connection
i bought my vivitar 112n camera from dollar general about two years ago. My boyfriend set it up but we stopped using it when we let internet go, now we are trying to use it to keep an eye on our children and it says it is attached to a different account. I may , if I search two years worth of receipt can possible find the one for the camera . and I believe the box and instructions are in storage. What can I do? Can I do a full reset? Must I throw it away since we can't use it? I like the camera and the app and it was very useful before. I'd hate to just destroy it. I bought it at dollar general oct-jan of 2017 -18 . at the store on stadium drive. They had it on sale for 20$ I believe I used our home trust bank card but not sure. The info on the camera is 8340b826f 71962af5ff. 6a9a9e08070ce. 495514Along with a square bar code thing.

If the above does not work the reset and follow the above instructions again. How to reset.;use the provided setup tool or a paperclip to press the Reset button on the back of the camera.
Hold the button down until the LED indicator turns red.
The camera will say "reset success" when complete.
