Can't Upload

I downloaded all drivers and used the disk that came with my DVr 787hd. And the camera works awesome but I can't get it to show up when I plug it into the computer and click get images. I'm using the USB and camera direct pluging it into computer. And if I put like the disk in or anything like that it will show up when I hit get images
