Who Can I Contact To Get An Issue Resolved?

Brand new range is defective. The range itself is square and level but the cooking surfaces, including the oven, are not level. They are blaming my cabinets and my installer, not owning up to a defective product.

If your new product has a "sample defect" (has a defect in your unit only), customer service will replace your new product or arrange a repair, and in those circumstances, if that's what you want, it's a good route to take.(You will likely have to yourself arrange for shipping both ways.) Otherwise, here are some steps to consider, in order:
  1. Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information at: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/viking/Corporate%20Office.
  2. Call the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce at 601-359-1148..

In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies.
