Cook Top Not Allowing Gas To Flow To Burners.

When the knobs are turned on to ignite the burners, the ignition is klicking, attempting to light the burner. However, there is no gas flowing to any of the burners. The house gas connection along with the gas hose as well as the gas regulator were all checked. There were no obstructions. Why is the gas not making it to the burners???? There is no smell of natural gas from the burners after the burners have been on for about 20 seconds. This cooktop (Viking D3 RDGSU2005BSS) is brand new right out of the box)..
