Speaker - No Sound (vb100a Pro)

I acrually have a ViewSonic VB100a Pro. Recently, it bootup looped just before I touched to unlock. I managed to have the bootup loop problem resolved by going into "Backup & Reset" and touching "Factory data reset". The tablet boots up all right and works Ok except that I get sound through the earpieces but no sound through the loudspeaker. Please help me get the sound back through the speaker. Thank you.
