Vb100a Pro Won't Recognize My Externl Hard Drive

hi it was just yesterday that we connected our seagate externl drive to our tablet when it doesnt recognize anymore. we have used a dongle to connect the hard drive to the usb mini port. our externl drive light up but we cant find the device on the tablet. we have already transferred some files before from our external drve to the tablet but it was jus yesterdy that we encounter this issue. please reply. thanks :)
