Vpad7 Won't Boot Or Even Start , When Power Connected Power Button Just Goes Red

Open vpad7. Remove the only screw top near sim/micro sd. Remove Batt. connector for 15-30 seconds, put it back turn on and charge fully. (Its bcoz of fully discharged batt.)
