Viewsonic Viewpad 10 Dual Os

Hi every one i just want to know can any one tell me how to install android and window 7 in viewsonic vpad10 dual os tablet. i tried to install latest version of android software which is 4.0. it installed properly but its not saving in ssd hard drive. because i upgraded new ssd hard drive which is 64gb. when i take cd or usb out then it show error 17. before all this it was saying android software but now its not. also when i tried to install window 7 recovery mode installation then it stuck in that mode where i have to press two option. 1st recovery install and second option exit. it wont let me to click on them. so please if any one knows then tell briefly what i need to do step by step. shall i need to install window 7 first or android? thanx......
