Television Stuck On Cable Setting

intermittently, but with increasing frequency, the Television screen of my N4285P (model #: VS11983-1M) is blue, stuck on cable, and flipping between cable # 9 and #5 on a very repetitive pattern. Can't seem to perform a hard-reboot because the ON-Off button doesn't work when this is happening. Sometimes it doesn't work for 3 days then all of a sudden, working no problem. I really need better consistency, but don't know what the problem is. ANy idea?
