You Disconnected My Service A Couple Months Ago I'd Like To Make Small Payments
It's been turned over to a collection agency I'd like to make small payments at the pay center blacklist on mill rd or to you no set amount just what I can pay at the moment is this possible I no longer even have the collection letter I'd like to pay and get a receipt as soon as I pay and would say what is still owed is this possible send me an email

1. We didn't disconnect anything--we're an independent help site not connected with Vectren.
2. If in fact your account has been given to a collection agency, then Vectren no long has any control, and you must deal with the collection agency. These agencies are quite open to negotiation, so go to it.
