Had Arrangement For 2/8 Service Shut Off Today.
I have been trying to reach anyone online. I don't have minutes on my phone right now because I have had some terrible issues come up so I have priorities ( such as this bill)My service was shut off today, 2/7. I had an arrangement for 2/8. My mother passed away I had to leave work for a week and am trying to get back to normal and current. Then my service was shut off and according to the paper "at my request". I never requested this. I need service restored ASAP as this is not my fault. They didn't knock on door, never spoke to anyone, and never seen anyone
