How Do I Change The Connection Status Mode From 'intranet' To 'internet?

The monitor is showing the connection status icon as yellow (intranet mode) so not alerts are being transmitted to the cell phones. I need the connection status icon to be green (internet mode).

I can't change the intranet to internet (Green) despite changing dchp status and even tried static as well. Please assist. Thanks

Tap settings to display the Advanced Setup screen.

Tap on DHP or STATIC IP

Tap on your selection and fill in the fields requested. DCHP is the most common connection. Your router will automatically assign an IP address to your UDR744 system. Static IP is for those that have the ability to specify an IP address for their system. 4. Reboot the monitor when prompted
