Blinking Red Light On All Phones On D1680
LITTLE RED LIGHT BLINKS ON ALL PHONES. I DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT POWER TO PHONE AND SOMETIMES IT STOPS, BUT THEN IT ALWAYS COMES BACK AGAIN. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS AND WHAT CAN I DO TO CORRECT THIS,
