Trying To Get Help Tracking An Order That Was Supposed To Be Delivered

Tried to track an order and when I typed in the Tracking number there was a notation that lit up in red that this information was unavailable. I checked the tracking number 3 times and it was correct (the one I typed in). What does this mean and how can I track my order. I also tried to "live chat" with a rep and it kept discontinuing our conversation. That was no help.
