No One Knows What The Tracking Number Is

I dropped off a package at your stores at 3000 East Main Stin Columbus, OH August 6, 2011. The package was to be delivered to Dish Networkwith a prepaid shipping label. I did not receive a tracking number from theattendant; it was about 10 minutes before closing. I did not think it would be a problem...I waswrong. Dish Network has not received the package. Your attendant said theshipping was like a drop off box and he has no way of getting the trackingnumber. Dish Network stated, on 2 different requests, that they don't keeprecords of tracking numbers they deliver to customers. I'm caught between arock and a hardpoint and am out of $200. I'm shocked that both you and Dish Network has stated that Icannot be assisted in this matter. Please respond
