I Need Help I Didnt Get A Package And Dont Have Tracking Number

I didnt get a letter I needed I was suppost to get it at 7pm tonight it is my debit card with all my money on that I need and I have 2kids and 3dogs and I have no food. THe direct express is who sent it and they said there systems are update and that they cant give me a tracking number.I need help seeing where this is I can give any either information if need please help me

If you can't obtain the tracking number from the sender, you may be able to determine it at this UPS page: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
