The shipper should have a tracking number for you. (I don't believe the "order number" you provided is the tracking number.) With that number you can get an answer from UPS at 800-742-5877. If you can't obtain the number from the sender, you may be able to determine it at this UPS page: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
