No Reservation At Hotel

Neither Trivago nor the hotel made your reservation. You most likely booked with one of the booking sites whose logo you can click, at http://company.trivago.com/support. Bear in mind that Trivago keeps no records of the transactions made through the booking sites and cannot access or alter your booking in any way: Your beef has to be with the booking site. To identify it, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can always search on Trivago for the hotel and dates you booked. You may also be able to find more information by looking in your browser history for the day you made the booking. You can also try checking your credit card or bank statement, as the name of the booking site may appear next to the outgoing payment. Good luck!
