Your Description Of The Room Iâ??ve Just Reserved Misrepresents The Hotel
Your description is 100% different from hotels description. NOT EVEN IN SAME BUILDING. Please cancel this reservation without any charges to my American Express card. Ben Shakt

Trivago does not make reservations and you did not book with Trivago. You booked with one of Trivago's booking partners, whose logos you can find and click at http://company.trivago.com/support. Your beef has to be with the booking site. Trivago keeps no records of these transactions, and cannot in any way alter your booking, or even access it.
To identify the booking site, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can always search on Trivago for the hotel and dates you booked. You may also be able to find information by looking in your browser history for the day you made the booking; or try checking your credit card or bank statement, as the name of the booking site may appear next to the payment amount.
