Holiday Accommodation Problems

Our holiday apartment had fleas which caused my son and partner to be bitten numerous times. We contacted the owner who agreed to return 4 nights payment as we felt we could not stay any longer. My son has been seen by a nurse at our local hospital who confirmed the bites were from fleas. Before we left to come home the owner had changed her mind ref a cheque and said it had to be done through trip advisor.Our booking referenceI await your advice in anticipationJoy Pridmore

Perhaps the owner meant to refer you to the booking site. TripAdvisor is unable to change or update a reservation once made. Any booking changes or updates must be made with the appropriate booking partner. To identify the booking site, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can look in your browser history for the day on which you made the booking. You can also try checking your credit card or bank statement, as the name of the booking site may appear next to the payment amount.
