Phone Says, 'phone Storage Is Full! Delete Some Files To Free Space.'

I can't read or send text messages.  When I check 'stoarage' under settings, I have 3.61 GB on my SD card, and 76.68MB Internal storage available.  What do I do to be able to use this phone?

You need to delete some of your text messages. Your text messages dont save on your sd card.
