When I Got My Ipad My Router Had To Be R Configured So That,the Ipad Would Conne

When I got my i-pad imy router had to be be reconfigured in order for the iPad to connect to it. I now have a Toshiba satellite f135d - s1320 and it will not connect to my wireless setup. Can you tell me why.? Also, what is the flashing red light on the front of,the laptop even when it is shut off? Thank you for any help.

Your wireless router most likely requires a firmware upgrade and as for the LED blinking, the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Toshiba/SatelliteT135DS1320/168313 should be able to advise best.
