Can a s855-s5264 motherboard be replace a s855-s5165 motherboard?

To be honest with you, I'll suggest you to reachout to Toshiba on this. My reason is that compatibility of a motherboard on laptop doesn't only depend on the technical specifications of the motherboard but also the screw placement and heat sink compatibility.
