Fn Key

So I have a Toshiba Satellite S855. I have had it for almost a year now and it has worked excellently. On my keyboard you are supposed to be able to control the volume, wifi connector, play and skip functions, as well as a few other things and then use the FN key to access the Command buttons. Recently though it has reversed and I need to press the FN key to increase the volume or press play and all the other functions that I didn't previously have to push the FN button for. How can I return it to the original setting?

Greetings. Try System Restore

Start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore

and restore it to the most recent day you remember the keys to have worked normal.

Hope that is helpful.
