My Laptop Won't Charge
My laptop is always plugged in and now it won't charge, even while plugged in. Is this a battery issue or the power cord? I look online and it said to do a battery health test, but I can't do that since it won't stay on longer than 5 seconds.

If it is shutting down with the adapter plugged in, it is likely the charger isn't working properly. pull the battery & see if it will power up with just the adapter.
