Why My Window Explorer Is Not Working

If your Toshiba Satellite Pro C640 is not working properly or is crashing, there is a problem with the Windows Explorer files. These files may be corrupted which require reinstallation using the original installer or restoring the device to its factory settings. Please read the manual to learn how to properly restore your computer.
