Can My P775- S7100 Toshiba Plays Blue Ray Dvd Movies

By default, your Toshiba Satellite P775-S7100 does not have the capability/feature to play BluRay DVD movies because it doesn't have a BluRay codec. You have to install a codec software to be able to play BluRay and other video file formats like flash, mp4, and more. You can use the free version of K-Lite Codec Software which can be downloaded from the link below.
