Toshiba P755d-s5378 Laptop Bios Locked, Corrupt, Setup Error

Bought This From Kid Where I Work (university)lap Top Was On And Working Got Home Turned  it On A Blue Box Says Password. When I Put In A Password Of  course I Dont Have It.the Response Is.. Look Below.  setup Notice  verify Error !! Press Enter To Continue Then It  restarts. If I Hold Esc Down During Start The Boot Menue Comes Up Then Password Box. If I Put In A Dvd Win 7 It Goes Straight To The Password Box. But You Hear It Starts Up Runs Through The Booting Dvd Turns On, Lights Blink It Beeps You Can Hear The Harddrive Run. And The Disk Runs And Acts Like It Is Acually Installing If I Leave It It Will Turn On And Off A Couple Times Then Turns On And Stayson But With The Password Box Still There.. Sounds Like It Loads It Actually Sounds Like I Just Installed It.. But The Screen Stays On Password Box.. I Was Reading Some Things On The Internet. Like Flash It , Boot It. Master Passwords,  bios Battery,  all Seemed Too Easy.. Except One Sorda Sounded Like It Maybe  the Problem.. Sounded Like Maybe The Bios Was Corrupt, Maybe In The Harddrive Or Something Like That. I Read About A Bios Reset Not Flash But Reset. Can You Help.. I Cannot Find The Boy.. No One Even Remembers Seeing Him. No Name No Nothing..
