Thanks for saying that about my brother and the video. I have a question about the video. I watched a few other videos to. And some shows them taking both of the stick and RAM out. Then they put one back in then hold the flathead on the two spots. Do u know which stick and ram I need to put in. and in which slot should i put it in the top or bottom. Do you thank it will mess the labtop up if I leave both of them in at the sometime and do it. Can you email me at. I don't know if I can write you on here

Ok chris thanks for the gesture buddy Yesterday i was busy with something else and i was not able to write your email id on that time sorry for that.

But one thing when you trying to remove the Admin password or Bios password you dont need to pull anything you just need to pull the CMOS Battery on the mother board it will reset all the passwords and settings on Your laptop Brother.

If you want to know anything else just Ask.

Thanks

Normally the bottom one nearest the PCB. Are you referring to a USB stick? This should not be necessary when removing a password.

Hope that helps.
