Toshiba L675d S7104 No Video/won't Boot Beyond Fans Run 45 Seconds, Shuts Down.

I can't determine if my issue is the system-board (embedded graphic Card) or LCD?  I press the power button, you hear the fans run but there is NO video or LEDs at all. After 45 seconds fans go off. Are there any diagnostics that could differentiate the part responsible??

I am sorry to say you have problem like almost all toshiba Core I3 to Core I7 problem. When you press your power button the fan processor will turn on for about 10 second while the power button just one second blink.

cause

- some of them cause by bad power control typically using winbond type in core I3 and I5

- Some Of them also cause by bad Cmos checksum that need to be replace

- HM55 Chipset (....) It has some malfunction because of bad quality, happened in Core I7

I have fix some of them and now left one unhandle because of bad Northbridge

Good luck
