It Wont Boot

trying to take back to factory restore and wont do it. keeps staying at 64% I have windows update to 8.1 64... Can i go from f12 screen to do this what other way to get this thing running....

That could indicate a problem with the hard drive. I recommend having it checked out by a local computer repair shop.
