what command key i should use to reinstall window 7 on my satellite L515-S4960

The command key to restore your Toshiba Satellite L515 is "0," "F1" or "F8." You should press one of these keys during the start up process of the computer. You will then be redirected to the restore page of your computer. You may also follow the tutorial video I have provided from the link below.
