Why Do You Charge $150 For A System Recovery Replacement Disk For This Computer?

Note that we're an independent help site not affiliated with Toshiba. The answer, as you might suspect, is that Toshiba charges what it feels is in its best interest. Toshiba, as you know, is an enterprise whose essential function is to optimize its profits. If competitors charge less, it's because they've come to different conclusions regarding their fee structures.
