My Computer Might Have A Virus

When I plug in my computer to its charger (because it won't turn on otherwise) only the optical mouse connected to it blinks with light.I suspect a virus hacked into it.What do I do? I do not know how to access my antivirus application if I can't turn it on.For now I can only ask from my tablet.
