Won,t Startup

when i hit the power button after i changed the mobo it will not boot up at all runs for a few seconds then shut,s off

Well it's pretty obvious that you did something wrong when installing the new motherboard. I recommend opening it back up and making sure everything is connected. You also want to make sure you applied the heatsink and heatsink compound correctly on the CPU.
