When Attempting To Use Safe Mode With Networking, Pc Keeps Restarting

When attempting to use safe mode with networking pc keeps restarting.  Trying to restore my pc to an earlier date.  Unable to do it from the normal screen as it's been blanked by something unknown

The very first action that you need to do is to restore your Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q890 via Safe Mode without networking. The networking feature might be conflict with the other drivers, computers, etc. You can access the safe mode feature of your computer by pressing the F8 key during the bootup process. If this did not work, the only solution is to reinstall a fresh copy of the Operating System.
