Can Not Get Past Black Screen. Nothing In Bios Nor Safe Mode Will Respond.

error message windows root/\system 32\ntoskrnl.exe. missing file or corrupt file. reinstall. I do not have cd capabilities.

The error message indicates that your Operating System is corrupted. You really have no choice but to reinstall the operating System. If you don't have the CD you can purchase it from any computer retailers in your local area. Remember that you can never use your computer system without the operating system.
