Frozen Screen

Everytime I boot up my satellite with windows 8 the windows 8 start screen is frozen, I can move the mouse but not click on anything, one time though I was able to click on the desktop app but when I tried to click the google chrome application it just kept showing loading, any ideas on the problem?

I believe that this is related to the incompatible driver software issue. You can fix this problem by reinstalling the driver software with a new one compatible with Windows 8. You can use the software CD that came with the package for the driver installation.
