How do I login as an administrator to delete contaminated files identified by SpyBot?

You do not actually need to login as an administrator just to delete the files. All you need is to scan the entire hard disk with possible malicious software running in the background. Please use the latest and updated anti-malware/anti-virus software. Perform a full system scan to remove the threats on your computer.
